JOB SUMMARY:

Job Responsibilities:
  • 1. Analyze, design and Implement the Business Requirements.
  • 2. Analyze, prioritize & resolve the production issues.
  • 3. Document unit test plans, Executing unit testing successfully.
  • 4. Deliver complex software components on schedule with quality.
  • 5. Perform technology/tools evaluation and software technical proof of concepts.
  • 6. Design and develop optimized and reliable code as per the specifications.
  • 7. Working closely with systems teams in requirements gathering and software design
  • 8. Interacting with global teams to promote consistency and maximize synergies across common software platforms
  • 9. Designing and building strong testing infrastructure to minimize dependency on hardware availability
  • 10. Leveraging DFR for software, Agile and Lean software development methodologies to drive reliability upstream into the product development life cycle
Candidate Profile:
  • 1. BE/ B. Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer science/IT
  • 2. 1-5 years of experience on designing and developing applications using Java technologies, Web technologies(Client/Server) and has participated in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • 3. Experience in working in Linux, Windows platforms
  • 4. Experience in working with global teams using agile practices
  • 5. Experience in software lifecycle, product development.
  • 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 7. Energetic, Self-starter, Passionate, committed team player.
  • 8. Exposure to global quality & regulatory standards.
  • 9. Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meet needs.
  • 10. Experience in SDLC documentation to comply with ISO and European standards.
Desired Characteristics:
  • 1. Minimum 1 years’ most recent experience in Java, J2ee (JSP, Servlets, JDBC), XML, XSLT, OSGI, spring and database technologies.
  • 2. Strong hands on SOA based web-services design and development
  • 3. Strong Linux skills
  • 4. Web programming with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • 5. Hands on experience in web technologies like struts, html5, java script and JQuery
  • 6. OOAD and Design patterns (Core and J2EE)
  • 7. Experience in Application servers (JBOSS, TOMCAT)
  • 8. Experience in healthcare related standards, data exchange protocols, Clinical workflows.
