Eligibility Conditions set by NTPC
The lower and upper age limit that has been set for the Diploma Trainee
posts in NTPC by the government is 27 to 35 years. The upper age limit
has been relaxed up to 5 years for SC and ST candidates, up to 3 years
for OBC candidates and up to 10 years for PWD candidates. These
relaxations have been implemented on the basis of the instructions given
by the government and the concerned authorities.
Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering with minimum 70% marks.
Selection & Application Submission Procedure
The candidates will be selected on the basis of completing minimum eligibility condition. Then they will be facing a written test conducted by NTPC. On the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in this written test, they will be shortlisted and called for group discussion, personal interview round for making the final selection decision.
The candidates may apply for the posts of Diploma Trainee through online

have to fill all the required information and details in the prescribed
