Civil/Assistant Resident Engineer
RITES require dynamic and result oriented Civil Engineering professionals for various projects in India including Project Management Consultancy (PMC). Accordingly, suitable candidates will be recruited on REGULAR basis for various works in the company. Candidates have good prospects of growth in the company. The selected candidates will be primarily engaged for shouldering the duties of Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) for the above mentioned PMC work and after completion of the assignment shall be engaged on various other duties. The appointment initially will be on probation for two years.
Civil Engineer (Asstt. Resident EngineerQuality)

1. No of posts : 06
2. Posts in which recruitment done : Manager/ DGM/ Sr.DGM/ JGM based upon educational qualification, work experience and suitability.
3. Educational Qualification and experience :
   a)Minimum Graduate Degree in civil engineering from recognized University/Institute.
   b)General Work Experience more than Twelve years
   c)Experience in same/similar position more than six years.

Asstt. Resident Engineer (Field)

1. No of posts : 10
2. Posts in which recruitment done : Manager/ DGM/ Sr.DGM/ JGM based upon educational qualification, work experience and suitability.
3. Educational Qualification and experience :
   a)Minimum Graduate Degree in civil engineering from recognized University/Institute.
   b)General Work Experience more than six years.
   c)Experience in same/similar position more than three years. Or
   a) Minimum Diploma in civil engineering from recognized college/institute.
   b) General Work Experience more than twelve years.
   c) Experience in same/similar position more than six years.

Selection process:-
The final selection will be through written test, and / or, interview of shortlisted candidates. Candidates have the option to select Hindi, or, English as the medium for written test/interview. RITES’ regular employees fulfilling the educational qualification and experience criteria may apply for the position. Such candidates shall be given age relaxation of 5 years, over and above the upper age limit indicated above.

1. Interested candidates fulfilling the above laid down eligibility criteria are required to apply online in the registration format available in the Career Section of the RITES website, http://www.rites.com on or before 1700 hrs. of 04.09.2013.
2. While submitting the online application the system would generate ‘Registration No.’ on the top of such filled online form. A copy of this form containing the registration number is to be printed, signed, and furnished alongwith attested copies of educational, experience certificates and 2 recent passport size colour photographs to the AGM(P)/Rectt., RITES Ltd., RITES Bhawan, Plot No.1, Sector-29, Gurgaon –122001 through post so as to reach him definitely by 13.09.2013. The candidate is advised to keep a copy of such application form with him and to carry the same at the time of the interview if called. Candidates who have registered online but whose physical application along with aforesaid documents is not received by the due date, their candidature will not be considered.
3. Candidates not fulfilling the minimum laid down criteria advertised with respect to educational qualifications, age, and experience for selection to the respective post, would not be able to register online.
4. Candidates should submit only single application and application once submitted cannot be altered. A valid e-mail ID is essential for submission of the online application. RITES will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidates.
