Job Profile	Accel Frontline a Joint Venture with CAC Corporation of Japan is looking candidates for the Desktop support Engineer position based in Bangalore. Qualification: BE/ Diploma/ Any Degree Experience: 1 -3 years Should be having good communication skills Job Profile: 1. Installing, configuring and troubleshooting operating systems and software. 2. Installing and Configuring MS outlook 2007 and MS outlook 2010 3. Managing LAN and Internet facility. 4. Troubleshooting network related problems. 5 Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associate problems. 7. Providing online and on-site support to users. 8. Working on Remote control softwares. 9.Monitoring the network links and take-up a suitable action by collecting the appropriate information (ping, tracert, etc.) and interact with the network team in time, so that there would be no productivity loss.
