Senior Store Keeper  & More Vacancies:

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals (both male and female) for  recruitment of following vacancies of Group 'C' posts for filling up by direct recruitment in Central Proof Establishment, ltarsi 114. Name of the post :Senior Store Keeper

2. Qualification  : 10 + 2 pass or equivalent from Keeper recognized board.Certificate for completion of a course in Material Management from  a recognized institution Two years experience in Store- keeping or Accountancy.

Name of the post :Lower Division Clerk

Qualification  : 10 + 2 pass or equivalent from Keeper recognized board.Certificate for completion of a course in Material Management from  a recognized institution Two years experience in Store- keeping or Accountancy.Skill computer: English typing 35 words per minute ; or Hindi Typing 30 words per minute (Time-allowed 10 minutes) (35 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi Correspond to 10,500 key depressions per hour 9000 key depressions per hour on aiiaverage A of 5 key depressions for each word).
3. Desirable : Basic knowledgeTest Norms on computers.

Name of the post :Technician (Semi Skilled)

2. Qualification  : 10th ,Matriculation pass or equivalent from Keeper recognized board.Certificate for completion of a course in Material Management from  a recognized institution Two years experience in Store- keeping or Accountancy.

GENERAIE CONDITIONS:

1.  Applications in the prescribed proforma as given below on plain paper duly typed or neatly hand written on A4 size paper and supported with attested copies of the relevant mark sheets/certificates etc. should reach The Commandant Central Proof Establishment (DGQA), Min of Def Production, Govt of India, Itarsi 114 clearly superscribing APPLICATION FOR THE POST" ON THE TOP OF THE ENVELOPE within 21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in Employment News/Rojgar Samachar. The experience certificates must contain periods with dates, name of the post held, salary drawn and nature of work etc. The attestation should be done by a Gp Gazetted Officer. The stamp should be clear and specify the number, name, designation and department of the officer.
2. The selection of candidates will be based on written test, trade test, interview and medical fitness. Only selected candidates will be informed of his/her selection after completion of selection process and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
3.  One self addressed envelope (size approx 25 cm x 10 cm) affixing requisite amount of postal stamp should be enclosed with the application form for sending call letter. Call letters to the eligible candidates will be sent through ordinary post. No representation of non-receipt/delay etc. will be entertained.
4. The individual should hold a valid employment exchange registration copy of registration card and the same should be attached with the applications. This condition is only applicable for candidates whose names are forwarded by Employment Exchange. The same is not required for Ex-servicemen.
5. The recruitment authority reserves the right to short list the candidates for the test on reasonable grounds like desirable qualification/higher qualification and experienceas applicable
6. Two latest passport size photographs duly attested by Gazetted. Officer are required. One to be pasted on application form and one on Admitcard. One I additional photograph with attestation on the reverse of the photograph along with applicants name f endorsed should also be enclosed along with the application.
7.  Submission of false/inoorrect/incomplete information, and/or dubious/bogus documents shall disqualify the candidate.
8. SC/ST and OBC candidates called for interview will be paid TA as per Govt Orders.No TA will be paid for a screening test/proficiency test, if any. are held on a day other thanthe date of interview.
9. The serving candidatse should channei and they should submit NOC alongwith a certificate from their Head of OfficeîthatNo disciplinary/,vigilance case is contemplated/pending against him
10. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification and candidature of such candidate is liable to be summarily rejected.
