JOB SUMMARY:

Job Responsibilities:

As a part of this project, candidate will be involved in / responsible for below mentioned activities

• 1. To be a team player and work harmoniously with colleagues and other project teams.
• 2. Flexible to work on Product Development, AM and AD projects based on requirements
• 3. Ensure code quality and follow the process set for the engagements
• 4. Ensure code is tested thoroughly before delivery to customer
• 5. Take part in peer reviews, testing as per project needs
• 6. Train peers if required on identified tasks
• 7. Ensure project deadlines are met
• 8. Should be aware of standard quality practices

Candidate Profile:

• 1. Candidates with experience 0-4 years for projects in Banking/Payments area. At least some experience with Product Development, Maintenance and New Enhancement activities.
• 2. Core Java 6.0, Spring, Hibernate, Websphere/Weblogic.
• 3. Excellent communication skills in English – written and spoken
• 4. Assertive behavior
• 5. Proactive, with passion and high drive for improvements
• 6. Able to travel when/if required
• 7. Trustworthy with great ownership to own work
• 8. Ability to work independently
• 9. Proactive approach in candidate
• 10. Should be self motivated
• 11. Capable of self educating in a short period.
