CANDIDATE PROFILE:  Candidates should possess BE/BTech (CS/IT) / MCA-2014 Batch OR (2013 batch candidates trained on .NET/Javascript) Good pH Score and academic record Hardworking, dedicated and driven  Ability to go deep while doing research on solutions and very good aptitude/ reasoning skills Ability to work collaboratively with fellow team members towards a common goal Ability to effectively diagnose code bugs and develop a plan for resolution Conceptual understanding of the structure and benefits of object-oriented programming languages & RDBMS A working knowledge of atleast one programming language (C# OR JavaScript would be an added advantage) A good knowledge of HTML and CSS is an added advantage
