CANDIDATE PROFILE:  Bachelor's degree in computer science or a computer-related field. Good at English speaking and writing. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of desktop supporting experience in a 100+ users environment will be preferred. Only Male candidates can apply. Familiar with Microsoft based products (Microsoft Certifications preferable) Strong Knowledge of Operating System XP (WIN7 preferable, Macintosh advantage), Office Suite 2003/2007 and variety applications. Broad functional knowledge of desktop computer hardware and networking principle and system administration & troubleshooting. Versed in maintenance/diagnosis tools and skilful at troubleshooting Basic knowledge of Desktop management Ability to resolve technical complex problems under critical situation
