The duration of the job is eo-terminus with project. For JRF, M.Sc. (Electronic Science)/M.Sc.(Physics with specialization in Electronics/Solid State Physics)/M.Tech. (Nanoscience &Nanotechnology/Technology) with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) are required. Preference will be given to NET/GATE qualified candidates.
