Job Profile	We are looking for Strong Architect in Java Platform having strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate/ any ORM. Strong Conceptual in all areas such as Web Application Development, Integration, Security, etc. Object Oriented Design, Design Patterns, Design Principles, Trouble-shooting skills, Code Review, Customer Advocacy, Solution Architecture, TOGAF, Architectural View, Customer Advocacy, Cluster Management,  Strong Analytical Skills, Mentoring the Team SDLC Skills - requirement analysis, design, testing, environment setup, configuration management, etc.
