Kendriya Vidyalaya Puri has been established in year 1965 in Puri
district of Orisa. This school is providing education since then to
students who want to peruse challenging career. KVP is foundation for
moral character, educational standard, co-curricular activities etc of
students. This school is only 2 Km far from Puri bus station and 3 Kms
from railway station. To provide better education, kendriya vidyalaya
Puri recruits only eligible teachers based on standard set out by
Kendriya vidayalaya board. In process of same recruitment, KVP invites application from eligible candidates to fill vacancies on various posts as given below.
Notification issued in April 2013
by Kendriya vidayalaya puri for recruitment of teachers through a
walk-in-interview to be held on 6 April 2013 at 9:00 AM onwards. These
vacancies are only contractual in nature and so appointment of selected
candidates on different posts will be made purely on contract.
The vacancies are created against leave of teachers. These vacancies are for the posts of PGT teachers (Physics, economics and commerce), TGT teachers (Hindi, English, Math and science), Primary teachers, Computer instructor, Spoken English teacher, regional language teacher (Oriya Language) and coaches for Kho-Kho , basketball.
Educational qualification required from candidates is different for each post. For a candidates who is willing to apply
for the post of PGT should have Master degree (50% minimum) from any
recognized university along with B.Ed and proficiency in teaching
English as well as in Hindi.
For TGT teachers – Candidates willing to apply for the post of TGT teacher it is essential that they must have Graduation degree in concerned subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed from any recognized university.
Primary Teachers – To apply for the post of Primary teacher in Kendrtiya Vidyalaya Puri, caniodate should have 10+2 pass certificate with 50% marks and CT/JBT/B.El.Ed degree.
Computer Instructor - The post of computer instructor require BE or Btech degree from candidates to become eligible to apply. But a candidate having M.Sc.IT, B.Sc. Computer science, Or post graduation in nay subject and diploma of A or O level from DOEACC are also eligible to apply.
Spoken English teacher – Candidates having graduate honours degree in English or MA in English with phonetics and linguistics as special papers are eligible to apply for post of Spoken English teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya Puri.
Regional Language teacher of Oriya – Candidates should have BA Honours degree along with B.Ed
Coaches (Kho-Kho and Basket ball)- It is required from candidates that they should have dgree in concerned discipline and they have experience of national or state level participation in game.
All eligible and interested candidates should report to the Vidyalaya on
6-04-2013 before 9 AM to face an interview. After interview and other
discussion with selection committee, final selection of candidates on
