Civil Engineer Specialist, Technical Officer
The following vacancies are to be filled as an Individual Consultant basis for MACP; a World Bank funded Govt. of Maharashtra Project at Project Implementation Unit (MSAMB) in Pune. The Project period is up to December 2016 and the consultant’s period will be of one year which can be extended further. The details of individual consultant are as follows.
Technical Officer 2

1. Job description The job involves Scrutiny of plans and estimates, scrutiny of tenders and bid evaluation report as per the World Bank guidelines and management of various civil works and consultancy contract, Approval to construct variations and time limits as per the contract conditions.
2. Qualification A Bachelor degree in a Civil Engineering and relevant experience of scrutiny of tenders and bid evaluations report as per World Bank guidelines and experience of management of civil works and consultancy contract.
3. Experience After Graduate Minimum experience for 7 years’ experience of management of civil construction works in Govt. one year for project involving a similar job.
4. Salary Consolidated per month- Rs. 50,000/-

Senior Civil Engineer Specialist 1

1. Job description The job involves management of various Civil Works and consultancy contracts. Approval to contract variations and time limit. Controlling and Managing the civil works and consultancy contract as per the contract condition.
2. Qualification A Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and relevant experience of managing civil works and Consultancy Contract.
3. Experience Minimum experience of 20 years of management of Civil Construction work on a senior level in Government/Semi Government of which minimum five years experience should be of working on a, World Bank /other international development/Donor funded project involving management of civil works and consultancy contract.
4. Duration :- The duration of the consultancy will be initialy for the period of one Year from the date of appointment and will be extended for future period as per requirement
