1. Management Trainee (Technical)
Total No. of Vacancies  – 558 Jobs (UR-268, OBC-142+27 Backlog, SC – 79, ST- 42)
Discipline and No. of Vacancies –
Mechanical – 157, Electrical – 88, Metallurgy – 88, Electronics – 89, Instrumentation – 61, Chemical – 26, Ceramics – 16, Civil -19, Computer Science – 09, Mining – 05.
Essential Educational Qualification – Graduation in Engineering with 65% marks (For SC/ST/PWD/and Departmental Person – 55%) in any one discipline of Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics /Metallurgy/ Electronics/ Ceramics/ Instrumentation/ Computer Science(IT)/ Civil/ Mining /or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
For IT or  Computer Science discipline -  MCA degree holder with 65% marks may also apply.
2. Management Trainee (Administration)
Total No. of Vacancies – 82 Positions (UR- 39, OBC- 19+8 Backlog, SC- 11, ST- 05)

Educational Qualification –
For HR Discipline – Graduation in any faculty with 60% marks (For SC/ST/PWD and Departmental Staff only 50% marks) with MBA / or PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in any one of Personnel  Management and Industrial Relations / Human Resources / or Personnel Management / OR,
Master Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development
For Marketing Discipline  – Master Degree in Marketing
For Materials  Discipline – Master Degree in Materials / Production / Operations/ Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
For Finance Discipline – ICWA /CA.
Age Limit (As reckoned on 01/03/2013)  – Maximum – 30 years
Age Relaxation – Relaxation in upper limit of Age will be given up to five years for SC/ST and three years for OBC and Ten years for PH Person and for others as per rules and regulation of Govt.
Pay Scale – Rs. 20600-3%-46500/- Per Month.
Selection  Process – Written Examination, Group Discussion, Interview.
Training  Period – One Year
