Post Professional Qualification Experience (PPQE) requirements:
Details of requisite Post Professional Qualification Experience (PPQE) are as under:

1. General Manager (Civil/Architecture) IX 21 yrs
2. Addl. General Manager (Civil/ Architecture) 18 yrs
3. Jt. Company Secretary 19 yrs
4. Jt. Company Secretary 16 yrs
5. Senior Manager (Architecture) 9 yrs
6. Manager (Architecture) 6 yrs
7. Senior Manager (Contracts/ Legal) 10 yrs 2
8. Manager (Contracts/ Legal) 7 yrs
9. Senior Manager (Media Communications) 10 yrs
10. Manager (Media Communication) 7 yrs
11. Dy. Manager (HR) III 4 yrs 7 l) Officer (HR) 3 yrs

Experience gained after acquiring the requisite Professional Qualification will only be reckoned for purpose of calculation of Post Professional Qualification Experience (PPQE). Experience prior to acquiring the requisite Professional Qualification Degree will not be reckoned for calculation of PPQE. For details of requisite Qualification please refer the Job Description for the concerned post;
The posts at Sl. Nos. (a) & (b), (e) & (f), (g) & (h), (k) & (l) are stroke posts and candidates are requested to apply for a post they are best suited for after taking into consideration the requisite PPQE. Applications of candidates applying for more than one post in a Discipline, will be considered for the lower post;
Out of the total Post Professional Qualification Experience mentioned against each position, candidates are required to possess a minimum of 3 years experience in the next below Grade or in equivalent post (applicable for PSUs /Govt) as on 30.10.13;
In case of candidates possessing PG Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture (Full Time), the period of post professional qualification experience (PPQE) will be reduced by the prescribed period of the Post Graduate Engineering Course, subject to maximum of 2 (two) years. This relaxation is applicable to posts at Sl. Nos. (a), (b), (e) & (f) only.

AGE RELAXATION

1. Upper Age Limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST candidates;
2. Upper Age Limit is relaxable by 3 years in respect of OBC (non – creamy layer) candidates;
3. In respect of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), Upper Age Limit is relaxable by 5 years, which will be over and above the relaxation admissible for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC;
4. For candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period of 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989, upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years;
5. Relaxation in age limit in respect of Ex-servicemen will be extended as per rules.

MODE OF PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE

1. Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) towards Application Fee and Rs.25/- as Bank charges (total of Rs.525/-), which is non-refundable (exempted in the case of SC / ST/ PWD candidates);
2. All core banking branches of State Bank of India (SBI) has been authorized to collect the Application Fee in specially opened Account No. 30969511830, on behalf of HAL;
3. Application Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before paying the Application Fee.

HOW TO APPLY
Eligible and interested candidates are required to apply Online only through HAL Website (Careers section): www.hal-india.com . No other means / mode of application will be accepted. The Registration is open from 1200 Hours on 10.10.13 till 1700 hours on 30.10.13;
