1. Works on queue shifts where you are responsible for incoming support cases during a specific time frame 2. Strong organizational, troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills 3. Ability to accept change and work in a fast-paced environment 4. Strong sense of ownership and good follow through skills 5. Attend training classes as requested 6. Provide 24/7 On-Call coverage on a rotating basis. 7. Ability to work in US day shift (6pm – 7:30am India time)Candidate Profile:
1. Experience & Education: Computer graduate or other relevant combination of training and experience; 2. Knowledge in client-server technology, Windows Server, Windows Client OS, Internet Information Server, TCP/IP networking concepts is a MUST. 3. SQL training and experience is a Plus 4. Strong leadership capability; 5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills; 6. Ability to work independently; 7. Able to effectively function in a team oriented environment
