Enzigma was exclusively working for Human Concepts LLC till 2007 custom applications, integration and e-commerce. In 2007 Enzigma started working on various projects on Salesforce.com upcoming platform force.com, the very first cloud platform (PaaS - Platform as a Service). Enzigma was very first company to launch an application "FTP Attachments" from India on AppExchange, a market place of Salesforce.com and became ISV partner of Salesforce.com. FTP Attachments was recognized as "Application of the month" February 2007, and has grown their customer base to 500+ till date.



Job Profile

Candidate should be BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MSc (Computer Science) with strong skills in Technical/ Software Support. Working knowledge of ASP .Net, SQL Server 2000 and above is a must. Essential Written/ Verbal skills for Indian, US, Australian Market to be at the highest quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls and cases for FTP Attachment.
Provides client assistance promptly (early morning or late night calls ) and accurately to ensure client satisfaction by using proper procedures for call control, problem resolution, reporting and escalation.
Conduct troubleshooting at customer site if necessary.
Supplement implementation team efforts as needed.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Maintain and increase personal knowledge of Enzigma solutions/applications by initiating research through all appropriate resources including shadowing other analysts.
Proactively complete product training via eConnects, on-site classes and handbooks of processes and procedures. Develops knowledge of product install / Hotfix deployment.
Srs will act as mentors to new analysts after subject matter expertise is obtained. Follows department standards for case note entries in SFDC system.
