- Candidate should be interested to work for application support environment involving the support for banking application like SWIFT payment/messaging system.
- Candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 Server/Windows 7/Win XP , its installation and troubleshooting.
- Should have basic knowledge on AIX 6.1 / Red hat Enterprise Linux 5.7/Sun Solaris 10, Troubleshooting and scripting skill.
- Candidate should have knowledge of networking basics like LAN/WAN/firewall/ and other network troubleshooting.
- Candidate should be flexible to work to meet the SLAs during product implementation and support.
- Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills to provide support to customers over phone/mails/remote access and also impart trainings.
- Willing to work as resident engineer (Onsite at customer site shift based).
- Candidate needs to be a fast learner.
- Needs to have a very good communication skill (written+verbal).
- It is desired to have skills in providing demo, presentations and imparting trainings on the products and its features.
- Candidates should have good knowledge of Microsoft WORD & Power point
