JOB SUMMARY:
Job Description:
1. Good Command in Accountancy & knowledge of Oracle & SAP
2. Very good Communication Skills
3. Ability to analyze numbers & extract meaningful data into Presentations for Management review
4. Quick learner & ability to scale up
5. Meet 100% TAT on the assigned work
6. Achieve Targets on the volumes assigned on Daily basis
7. Accuracy needs to be maintained consistently
8. Critical activities to be performed as per agreed timelines
9. Support GL on analyzing CAPA, error log, escalations and subsequent action planning
10. Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the process
11. Production Planning: Appropriate allocation and monitoring of work to the team members as & when needed
12. First level escalation point of contact: Accountable & responsible for escalation management for all process related issues
13. Innovative mind & good to have Six Sigma Knowledge
Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent = B.Com
2. Good Typing and Computer skills
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Flexible and change adaptive to shifts
5. Open to work in 24/7 environment - shifts
6. Observable Leadership skills
