Research Associate
IIITM-K invites the applications from suitable candidates for the post of Research Associate (Agriculture) under Crop Pest Surveillance Project of the institute. The appointment will be purely on contract basis for a period of one year.

1. Research Associate (Agriculture)
2. No. of posts : 1
3. Essential Qualification : First Class masters Degree in Agriculture (MSc Agriculture/Horticulture/Agricultural Meteorology/Forestry) from any one of the ICAR recognized Agricultural University. The candidates should have passed the preceding Degree as BSc – Agriculture from any one of the ICAR approved Agricultural University.
4. Salary : Rs. 20,000 per month (Consolidated)
5. Experience: The preference will be given to the candidates who have experience on content development, preparation of farmer advisory systems, crop pest surveillance systems, Weather Research and Forecasting Models etc.
