Job Description

• That the deals and support functions are compliant to the ISO 27001 and other data security requirements defined by the certification bodies that BPO is getting certified for.

• Works with deal Single Point of Contact (SPOC’s) in updating the Assets and to ensure that there is a periodic asset valuation and risk assessment of the assets to ensure that the assets are identified, assessed for impact, threats identified, vulnerability controls assessed and adequate controls put in to.

• Work with deal SPOC’s, relevant support functions to implement client specific data security requirements, if any

• Follows up with the deal teams to ensure that the mitigating controls are implemented.

• Provides guidance to the client teams for solutions to reduce exposure to information security risks.

• Provides training to deal SPOC’s on Information security processes and policies and in filling up the templates. Also provide training to new joiners.

• Provides guidance to the deal team for implementing Augmented Information Security Controls Program

• Implement the contract compliance tracker tool forprojects to enable them to identify and comply withcontractual obligations

• Provides feedback to enhance the procedure for information security and the templates for information security checklists.

• Provides status on information security status to update in the management review meeting.

• Perform audits as per audit schedule defined and submit clear and accurate reporting of the findings. And to work with the teams to implement corrective actions.
