Key Responsibilities :

• 1. Analyzing the enhancements required in the knowledge base as per the product requirements and accordingly tunes the knowledge base as per the enhancements.
• 2. On regular basis tune the product knowledge base and keep it up to date.
• 3. Analyzing the project requirements and accordingly tune the knowledge base as per the project requirements.
• 4. Detail documentation of all knowledge base updates and tuning activities made in the product.
• 5. Detail documentation all knowledge base tuning activities conducted as per the project needs.

Candidate Profile :
# Knowledge of Natural language processing would be an added advantage
