JOB SUMMARY:

Job Description:

ZS Associates, a global leader in sales and marketing effectiveness, is looking for developers to join our team as Software Engineers – Applications in our Pune, India office.As a Software Engineer you will design, implement, test and support high quality products used by hundreds of companies and thousands of end users to make critical decisions and manage sales operations. Whether you write distributed optimization algorithms or advanced mapping and visualization interfaces, you will have an immediate impact and ownership of challenging problems.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Implement major features using C#, VB.Net, Javascript, SQL, HTML, CSS, or any other necessary technology
• 2. Pair program, write unit tests, lead code reviews, and collaborate with QA analysts to ensure the highest quality software
• 3. Work with product managers and technical leads to design product architecture
• 4. Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables
• 5. Understand client business issues and actively participate in designing products and features that meet client needs
• 6. Take initiative to advance your problem solving skills and extend ZS’ software product suite

Candidate Profile:

• We accept candidates with experience in any programming language as long as they have excellent programming skills.
• 1. Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or related discipline with a demonstrated record of academic success (CGPA of 7.0 or higher)
• 2. 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in C#/Java based UI & web development experience is absolutely essential for this role.
• 3. Strong analytic, problem solving, and programming ability

• 5. Excellent organizational and task management skills
• 6. Strong communication skills
• 7. Ability to work in global cross-office teams
• 8. ZS is a global firm; fluency in English is required
