Details of Post : Civil  Aviation Directorate A Walk-In-Interview for appointment on contract basis for the following posts under Civil Aviation Directorate, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh will be conducted on 21.05.2014 & 22.05.2014 at 12.00 Noon in the office of The Director, Civil Aviation, U.P, Lucknow Airport, Lucknow.



Qualification, Experience and remuneration etc. for the relevant post are given below. Pilot (Fixed Wing) No. of Post- Three (Two posts reserved for Scheduled Cast candidates)

Qualification: (1) The candidate should possess current Airlines Transport Pilot Licence with Flight Instructor rating and endorsement of twin engine. (2) Instrument rating of twin engine. (3) Flying experience:- Total Flying 3000 hrs. Flying as Pilot-in-Command 2000 hrs. Night flying 500 hrs. Flying as Pilot-in-Command on twin engine aeroplane 500 hrs. Remuneration: Range from Rs. 1,50,000/- to Rs. 2,50,000/- Per month. Special Flying allowance @ Rs. 3500/- (for Jet aircraft) & Rs. 3000/- (for other aircraft) per hour of flying is also admissible in addition to the remuneration. If suitable candidates possessing said qualification and experience are not available in sufficient numbers, candidates having following qualification may also be considered. Their remuneration shall be ranging between Rs. 1.00 to 1.25 lac. Special flying allowance at the rate specified above shall also be admissible in addition to the remuneration. The candidate should possess current Commercial Pilot Licence with valid FRTOL, RTR(A) and Class-I Medical. Instrument rating of twin engine aircraft. Endorsement of any one aeroplane of Uttar Pradesh Government fleet. Flying experience Total Flying- 1500 hrs. On type- 500 hrs. Flying experience:- Total Flying 2000 hrs. Flying as Pilot-in-Command 1000 hrs. Night flying 50 hrs. Remuneration: Range from Rs. 1,50,000/- to Rs. 2,50,000/- Per month. Qualification: (1) Director General of Civil Aviation's Government of India current Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License in categories 'A', 'B', 'C', 'X' or 'A', 'C', 'D', 'X' with at least two categories open covering all single engine aeroplane up to 5700 Kgs. A.U.W. and 850 horse power engine. Preferential qualification : Aircraft Maintenance Engineer covering endorsement on aircraft operated by the Uttar Pradesh Civil Aviation Department. OR (1) Director General of Civil Aviation's Government of India current Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License in categories 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D' and 'X' with at least two categories open covering all single engine aeroplane upto 3000 Kgs. and 300 BHP. Preferential qualification : Aircraft Maintenance Engineer covering endorsement on aircraft operated by the Uttar Pradesh Civil Aviation Department. OR (1) Aircraft Radio Maintenance Engineer License with open rating up to 5700 Kgs. AUW in category 'A' to cover Com. ADF VOR/ILS, DME and Radar Equipment. (2) Open rating in category 'B' to cover all aircraft 5700 Kgs. installed with Com. and ADF equipment. Preferential qualification : Aircraft Maintenance Engineer covering endorsement on aircraft operated by the Uttar Pradesh Civil Aviation Department. Experience: Minimum 15 years Aviation Experience. Remuneration: Range from Rs. 1,25,000/- to Rs. 2,00,000/- Per month. General Instruction The Civil Aviation Directorate possess a mixed fleet of Aeroplane viz Hawker 900XP, Super King Air B-200, Super King Air B-300 LW and Helicopter viz Bell 412, Agusta 109S and Bell 230. The Government may grant higher remunerations to a person possessing higher qualification or experience. If the suitable candidates against the reserved category are not available, the post may be filled up through general candidates. The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of more than 50 years on first day of July, 2013. The upper age limit may be relaxable up to five years for candidates belonging to reserved category or having higher qualification or experience, as the case may be. The candidate will bear his own expenses to appear in interview. The candidates serving in a department or bodies of Central/State Government shall produce "No Objection Certificate" at the time of interview. The character, health and marital status should be in consonance with the rules laid down for the purposes.
