Qualifications Ph.D in Marine Sciences

Desirable Research experience in molecular biology techniques like RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, preparation of subtracted cDNA libraries, RACE-PCR, gene expression analysis using Real time PCR, molecular cloning and protein expression as exemplified by Research publications in SCI journals Job requirement The selected candidate ought to assist scientists in the collection/analyses of marine samples for molecular, physiological and biochemical parameters and in collation, analyses and interpretation of results.
