Skills:  Demonstrated experience in a object-oriented programming language such as Java or C++ Working knowledge of scripting languages (sh, bsh, tcl, and Perl) and SQL Working knowledge ofLinux/FreeBSD system configuration and administration Working knowledge of Web 2.0 technology (Javascript, HTML, HTTP, etc.) Knowledge of packet level debugging using Wireshark, tcpdump, tcpreply or similar tools Knowledge and strong operating experience in IP networking (routing and switching), wireline networks(Cable & DSL), wireless networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE), and operational support systems (OSS) Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Willingness and ability to travel internationally, ~20%
