Qualification :  1. For Asst manager : First class Graduate degree with MSW/ MBA/ PG Diploma ( two years full time) with specialization in HRM/ Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. 2. For Officer : Graduate degree from a recognized Indian University with CA/ ICWA (Final). 3. For Engineer : MS/ ME/ M Tech/ M Sc (Engg) in Material Science/ Metallurgy. 4. For Sr. Operator : B.Sc (Chemistry) 5. For remaining posts :  ITI with NCTVT in relevant trade. Age Limit :  - Asst Manager & Officer : Max age is 30 years. - Engineer posts : Max age is 27 years. - Remaining posts : Max age is 28 years as on 31st March, 2014 Application Fee : 1.
