Skills: Good Communication Job Responsibilities: Ø  Answer calls and assess customer's technical support needs Ø  Provide 1st level technical support for basic operations using documented procedures and available tools Ø  Resolve customer issues, or escalate when necessary Ø  Follow-up on issues and inform customer about the status Ø  Log issues and all customer contacts into the customer database, translate end-user business needs into working solutions and provide technical resolutions Ø  Provide system administration or product support Ø  Support other team members on difficult calls Ø  Participate in process improvement initiatives Selection Process : Ø  Personal Introduction Round Ø  Aptitude Test Ø  Typing Test Ø  Voice & Accent Round Ø  2 rounds of personal interview.
