Minimum 10 years of Navigation Experience.   First Class Master Certificate issued by the Mercantile  Marine Department or Inland Water Transport  Corporation under Indian Vessels Act, 1917 Maximum age limit of 50 years Minimum 10 years Experience in Navigation.  Matriculatíon from a recognized board or equivalent ; and ITI (Industrial Training Institute), Diploma in Motor  Mechanic [Diesel/ Petrol Engine) Machinist]  Welder / Carpentry/ Electrician/ Fitter/ Air Conditioner/ technician] Electronics / plumbing /  upholstering / painting from a recognized institution.  Maximum age limit of 50 years Minimum 10 years Experience in Navigating@ Licensed Engine Driver or Motor Engineer or equivalent  Certificate of Competency issued by the Mercantile  Marine Department 0r Inland Water Transport – Corporation under Indian vessels Act, 1917. Qualification :  l. Chief Petty Officer Master Chief Petty Officer 11 and 1 st  preferably RP sailors(Radar Plotter having  experience of Navigation or in executive branch.) 2. Maximum age limit of 45 years  3. Minimum 5 years of Experience in Navigation   Adhikan / Uttam Adhikari/ Pradhan Adhikari preferably (Radar Plotter having experience of  Navigation or in ;';executive branch.)  Maximum age limit of 45 years Minimum 5 years of Navigation Experience  10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board or  University and Second Class Master Certiñcate issued by the central or  State Inland Water Transport Authority or Mercantile  Marine Department. Maximum age limit of 45 years Minimum 5 years experience in Boat Navigation.  Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent; or 2. Three Years Diploma in Mechanical or Marine or Automobile Engineering from recognized University or Institution. Maximum age limit of 45 years Minimum 5 years experience in Boat Navigation.
