JOB DESCRIPTION: Roles and Responsibilities: Level 1 Operational Monitoring Engineers have a key role in supporting the monitoring, control, stability and reliability of Adeptra's production systems. The primary responsibility will be to provide production system monitoring and support and to handle, manage and escalate customer issues.Working Conditions: Shift worker working 5 shifts per week
