Harbour Master (Port) in the scale of pay of Rs. 43,200-66,000/- at Kolkata Port Trust (Kolkata Dock System) by absorption through composite method, as per the RR conditions (copy of the RR is enclosed at Annexure-I). However, the eligibility criteria i.e. requisite service, in the feeder cadre will be relaxed in deserving cases, as per Ministry's letter dated 22nd April, 2013.
