CANDIDATE PROFILE: The candidate should have  Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on PC.   Candidates applying for post in a particular state should be proficient in the language of the state i.e. know to read, write, speak and understand the language. SELECTION PROCESS: The RBI assistants recruitment exam 2013 shall be an Online test comprising of objective type (computer based) questions for 200 marks. It is necessary to qualify & secure minimum marks in each test to qualify for personal Interview stage.There will be negative marks for each wrong answer wherein 0.25 marks would be deducted. Based on the no. of vacancies in each zone only those ranking at the top shall be shortlisted for it. For final selection the marks in written test & interview would be considered.
