JOB DESCRIPTION:  Maintain service now ticketing queue & work along with team on code migration tickets plus Oracle SR tickets.  Monitor patching Jira queue and work on patching requests. Analyze and apply the patches.  Maintain shift schedule of team and send the weekly shift schedule email. Maintain complete team weekday / weekend and night shift schedules.  Coordinate daily IST morning hours maintenance activities.  Handle outage & all clear communication during planned and unplanned outages.  Learn and help team on other day to day Sysadmin activities.
