JOB DESCRIPTION: Serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining Service Request database. Handle international calls, emails & service requests, assess customers' support needs and resolve / route inquiry accordingly. Provide first level support for customer issues including documented procedures and available tools. Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, forwarding requests for second level support. Maintain Service Request database by accurately entering information. Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions.
