Stress can be bad when the person is too emotional & there is no way for him to get out of the stress he is going through.
Stress is good when the person has the full energy & strength to overcome his stress & the situation gives an opportunity to gain something.

Stress Management is related to mental & physical symptoms to any situation factors. It is usually for improving the chronic stress which happens to many people in their daily functioning.
It is basically for people who deal with job & workplace issues. Stress can be improved by the person itself or by a professional of stress.
Stress management is studied in psychology where it tells you about how to overcome from stress as it is a valuable subject & problem of stress. Stress can be found in many people who are dealing in job & work
Stress @ Work
Stress at work is not good because it affects your productivity & impact on health & physical status.
It is very difficult to control the work environment, but nothing is difficult as you can manage stress by yourself at that same time of work.
Stop thinking about anything & just focus on one thing that is work.

You can manage stress at work by taking up responsibilities so that you can improve your physical & emotions. You can even communicate with your coworkers to keep yourself occupied.
How to Reduce Stress:
Common stress faced by people is relationship, financial problems, work problem, job concern & health concern.
Stress is when you have a painful past & a confusing present.
When a person is in this situation he cannot think that life is rewarding, engaging but it can be full of exciting, enjoyment & fulfilling.
Try speaking to a person who you think is a better adviser & can help you out in your stress.
Discuss your problems to person whom you are very close in your family it can be your mother, father, elder sister or brother.
Focus At One Thing:
To reduce stress it is the best way to focus at one thing at a time for that you have to keep away distraction such as your mobile phone & your email notifications. If you are writing report then you have to practice it & focus at that particular thing & if you’re mailing then be on it & practice.
Don’t Be Lazy:
Simplify your schedule. Don’t keep lying on your bed & thinking. Go & meet your friends give space to your living area. Schedule few important things & follow it daily so that you will be in practice. Call up a friend & share your problems you will feel better & that will keep you active. Watch television, listen to songs, shake yourself for a moment as you can even dance which will keep you from laziness.
Go Around:
Move around, go to the park, hang out with friends, go for gym, play a basic game. Just move around & you will have fun doing it. Do whatever you feel like don’t force yourself. Try sharing your feelings with someone elder to you as he/she will advise you better. Go for a movie that will somehow de-activate your stress.
Exercise:
You can even get up early & do exercise which will distract you from your stress & problems you are having in your life. You can even meditate so that the emotional & health will be fine. You can even join yoga classes to keep yourself fit in mental & physical problem. To relive stress from eyes you can close your eyes for a moment. Roll & blink your eye for few seconds. Do this exercise daily for removing stress from eye.

Breathe:
At least for 5 mins take a break & concentrate on your breathing. Slowly inhale through your nose so that you feel the fresh air & then slowly exhale it out. Keep doing that for at least 5 – 10 mins daily. This will keep you calm & relaxed. Close your eyes for a moment concentrate on your breathing & don’t let your thoughts distract you let them fly away.
Take Proper Diet:
Keep yourself healthy eat a lot. Stay conscious to your health. Eat fruits & snacks. You can even keep yourself busy by cooking something healthy & good to eat. Keep yourself away from fast food because sometimes we are so busy in doing work so we just go for fast food. Eat fruits & tuna sandwich as it is good for brain. Your thoughts will not keep you alive but the food you will eat will keep you alive. So eat healthy & remove distractive thoughts.
Be Creative:
Do whatever you want. Whatever you like the most you can do like drawing, writing etc. spend as much time with your family play a game at home or you can have an art project among yourself. You can even go for a walk with your family. Stress management for students can be reduced by doing creativity like watching television, sports etc so that will give a break from studies.
It is very difficult to get out of stress very soon as it takes time. So I advise those people who are at stress to be patient & keep practicing.
