Job Description: Entry level position for those who demonstrate command of one or more programming languages, program design and specification development, program logic and flow-charting, testing, debugging, documentation standards, application analysis of various business solutions. Works within the framework of established operating procedures to implement new or updated technologies to the operating system platforms of the business; Provides troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science Effective verbal and written communication skills Good analytical abilities Passionate about technology & willing to learn new technologies quickly Positive Attitude & good team player Essential Responsibilities Learn testing tool and methodologies Build & Execute Test scripts in Load Runner Tool for performance testing Build & Execute Test scripts in Certify tool for regression testing Document all the defects identified and collaborate with module owners for resolution Communicate effectively about the test plans and results to the team Desired Characteristics: Understanding and knowledge of at least 1 software language
