CANDIDATE PROFILE: Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech graduation from any recognized university or institution Candidate should possess team working capabilities Technical skills Proficiency in the troubleshooting and resolution of user queries. Broad knowledge on basic IT technologies/ tools/modules. Independently complete tasks of medium complexity according to specifications and quality requirements within at least one key technology and related technologies, tools and modules. Technology: Windows, MS Office, ADSL, network, Mobility, printing devices, Workday, Maconomy and other Rambøll standard applications and technolgies according to service catalog. ITIL foundation. Communication Communicate in a clear and polite manner. Excellent communication skill by phone, written and in person. Present issues and findings in a precise and well-articulated manner. Ability to communicate verbally, adjust terminology to different parties. English Confident in English, communicate fluently in both written and spoken English. Speak coherently with fully appropriate language features.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists end-users with identifying, analyzing and escalating incidents within appropriate service standards. Provide support on standard devices such as standard desktop, tablets, phones and other devices in Ramboll service catalogue. Provide technical and functional support on Ramboll standard applications. Responsibilities: Act as SPOC (single point of contact). Providing 1st Line technical Support, answering support queries via Phone, E-mails, online chat, or in person. Track, monitor and report all the helpdesk incidents within the defined customer Service Level Agreement. Log customer issues into ticket handling management system (ITSM system) according to procedures to ensure adequate and high quality data-logging. Solve incidents and service request.
