MP Discom Recruitment 2013 Details

The application for posts of 100 Assistants Manager – JE Regular in MPMKVVCL , Bhopal and 84 posts of J.E. Regular for MPPKVVCL ,Indore will be filled by successful candidates applying for these posts. However as per notification these vacancies are tentative only and may be increased or decreased as per requirement of company.

On appointment after written test and interviews, salary with other allowances will be paid to Assistant Manager - Junior Engineer on basis of basic pay scale of Rs. 9860. Appointed Assistant Manager-Junior Engineer will be eligible for new pension scheme of Government of Madhya Pradesh. Vacancies are created category wise and seats are reserved for handicapped, ST/SC and OBC. Candidates should note that they are applying for these posts according to their category.
  

Eligibility Criteria

Age limit

• A candidate applying for these posts should have minimum age of 21 years and must not exceed maximum age of 30 years. Age limit will be calculated as on 1-1-2013. Candidates of reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/Handicapped/ widow etc) will get relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit.

Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for these posts should have a diploma in electrical or electrical and electronics from any college/ university recognized by AICTE with a minimum 65% marks. However candidates of reserved categories can apply for these posts with 55% marks. 5% of relaxation has been given to candidates of reserved categories.

Selection Process

Selection of candidates will be made on basis of written exam and interviews. Candidates will be undergone through an objective type written test paper of 2 hours comprising of technical and general aptitude test papers. Candidates of unreserved categories need to secure at least 50% marks to qualify for interviews. There is no minimum marks criterion for reserved category candidates. Weighted of 80% in written test, 10% in interview and 10% of experience will be given to candidates during evaluation process. Written test will be conducted at Bhopal and Indore. Application for these posts will be accepted online only. Candidates need to fill their application form through www.mponline.gov.in website. A candidate can apply for one company or both using the same process. Preference of company can be opted during form filling. Candidates of unreserved category and OBC category need to pay an application fees of Rs.500. Other candidates of reserved category required to pay fees of Rs.250 only. Applications can also be submitted through M.P.Online kiosks on payment of fees in cash on kiosk. Application can be submitted till 17th March 2013.
