The fully computerised bank has its branches in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, New, Delhi, Goa and Gujarat. Additional branches are being opened in Mumbai, Nagpur, Akola, Baroda, Ahmednagar and Aurangabad. Other locations are also being considered for starting the branches of this bank.

Advertisement for the posts of Junior Officers, Branch Managers and Deputy Managers was published in Loksatta, Sandesh and Gujarat Samachar on 20^th March, 2013. The same was published in Sakal on 21^st of March, 2013. Posts are available for Junior Officer-Marketing & Operations, Deputy Manager-Marketing & Operations and Branch Managers-Marketing & Operations.

The posts come with the offer of negotiable salary.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• A candidate who can speak good English, Gujarati, Marathi or Hindi will get preference in the selection process. An applicant for the post of Junior Officer-Marketing & Operations should have at least 3 years of experience in the clerical field at some National level Bank, a Co-operative Bank or a Private Sector Bank.
   
• Three year work experience in a Nationalised Bank, Co-operative Bank or a Private Sector Bank as an officer is welcome for the post of Deputy Manager-Marketing & Operations.
   
• A person who has held the position of a Branch Manager, Officer or a Manager of a Private Sector Bank, Nationalised Bank or a Co-operative Bank for three years would be given preference during the selection process of Branch Managers-Marketing & Operations.
   
• Applicants for the post of Junior Officer-Marketing & Operations should be below 27 years before 1^st March, 2013. Applicants for the post of Deputy Manager-Marketing & Operations should not be above 35 years on 1^st of March, 2013. Candidates below 45 years on 1^st March, 2013 are eligible to apply for the post of Branch Managers-Marketing & Operations.
   
• An applicant for the post of Junior Officer-Marketing & Operations should have a first class degree in either B.Com or B.Sc and that also from not an unrecognized University.
   
• A candidate for the post of Deputy Manager-Marketing & Operations too should be a graduate with either B.Com or B.Sc from a University that is recognized.
   
• Applicants for Branch Managers-Marketing & Operations should at least hold a 2^nd class degree in B.Com or B.Sc and that also from a recognized University.
