 Repco Home Finance Ltd is a subsidiary of Repatriates Co-operative Finance and Development Bank Limited (a government of India Enterprise). It is a housing finance company having it’s headquarter in Chennai. RHFL operates with more than 56 branches and 20 satellite centers in Tamil Nadu and nearby states. Area of operation includes Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Puducherry and Maharashtra. RHFL provides loan products in name of dream home loans, home improvement loans and other various loans to consumers. With such a wide network , RHFL requires employees and trainees to full fill demand of consumers in time. For promoting its products company recruit trainees in marketing, sales etc categories in its all branches as per requirement. Pimpari branch of RHFL requires trainees. These trainees will work in branch office of Repco Home Finance Ltd . Below is details of recruitment, eligibility criteria, selection process and application procedure that should be followed by candidates seeking an opportunity as trainee in RHFL.

RHFL has invited application from eligible candidates on post of Graduate Trainees with year contract on retainer basis. Current opening is for Pimpari branch Pune of RHFL. Candidates will be appointed only on contact basis and they will not be liable for any such benefits as of regular staff members. These candidates will be given opportunity of regularization after successful completion of their training period of one year as per rules of RHFL. These trainees can be terminated if not found capable enough to work, during training period without any notice. These candidates will receive stipends as per rules of Company. Work of trainees after selection will be to assist in selling, marketing of housing loan products to consumers in state of Maharashtra. Apart from this, trainees will be delegated with other responsibilities as per company requirement.
   

Age

• Candidates who are applying as trainee should be of age less than 25 years as on 1-03-2013.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants need to have graduation degree in any discipline preferably B.com not from anyopen university. It means candidates degree should be from any recognized university and with regular class. Those candidates having past experience in sales/marketing etc will be preferred. Candidates must be fluent in English and Marathi.

Selection Process
Selection of candidates will be done after submission of form along with other necessary documents. Candidates will be shortlisted after personal interview and verification of documents. An applicant will be selected as trainee after finalization of selection process.
